Work Life Winner: Kirkpatrick & Lockhart Hires Director of Professional and Personal Life Integration
 JD Bliss applauds what appears to be an industry first, in which Kirkpatrick & Lockhart LLP, a firm of nearly 1,000 lawyers practicing in 10 offices nationwide, has hired Jeannine Rupp as Director of Professional and Personal Life Integration. Ms. Rupp's task is to help the firm’s lawyers successfully balance work, family responsibilities, and other life and career changes. To this end, she is currently interviewing the firm's attorneys about their work/life challenges.
Ms. Rupp holds a master’s degree in organizational and social psychology from the London School of Economics and Political Science, where she served as a merit scholar and focused her studies on the integration of work-life responsibilities, gender, professional development and identity.
