Lighter Side of Law: Congratulations to James Ho - Our "Green Acres" Guru
On October 26, 2004, we posted an article about the 1960’s TV sitcom, “Green Acres,” starring Eddie Albert and Eva Gabor. Albert played New York-attorney-turned-farmer Oliver Wendell Douglas. Our article posed the following trivia question - "When Oliver originally purchased his farm ("The Haney Place") how many acres did it consist of?" Those answering correctly were entered into a drawing for a $25 Amazon.com gift certificate.
At this time, we'd like to congratulate our winner - James Ho - an associate in the Los Angeles office of Morrison & Foerster - who correctly answered: 160 acres. James tells us that he is having a "blissful" holiday season and will put his gift certificate to good use.
